Paying for a Webinar
All major credit cards are accepted through the Web Ex secure web site. Payments are processed by PayPal. The name that will appear on your credit card statement is WOW Leadership Corporation which is the parent corporation of Tuner Photography. After you have completed the webinar registration you'll receive a confirmation with all of the detail about the workshop and your password (if required). Make sure a keep your confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your registration up to 10 day before the start of a training session. By going to tunerphotography.webex.com and submitting your cancellation.
Will I Receive a Reminder about the Webinar?
Yes, you'll actually receive two email reminders. One 24 hours in advance of the webinar start time and another 2 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Do I Need Any Special Equipment or Software?
No, you do not need any special equipment or software. When you login for your webinar a new screen will open on your computer with the Web Ex Training Center, you'll receive a greeting letter and you are set.
What you will Need to Participate in a Webinar
You do need a desktop or laptop computer, an reliable internet connection (DSL is the best with 3 to 4 mbs speed), remote speakers or the speaker that is built into the computer or a headset with a USB connection. How Long is a Webinar?
Most webinars are 75 minutes in length (60 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes for Q&A). Webinars that are listed as Previews sessions are one hour in length and are free.
What Happens if I Can't Attend a Session?
No worries. One of the features of our webinar training is that all sessions are recorded and can be viewed 24/7 at tunerphotography.webex.com. You are also able to review any or all of the sessions up to 90 day following the webinar series.
What Happens if I Get Disconnected During a Training Session?
Simplify click on the link that is provided in the registration email, enter your password and rejoin the session.
Are Training Materials Provided?
You'll be able to download the training materials before the webinar begins. That way you have a hard copy reference and a place to take notes.
