Image two full days of flash photography, lighting set ups and hands on shooting experience. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn new flash techniques, refresh your skill set and try new lighting set ups. Learn how to balance flash and ambient light. Controlling exposure in Manual Exposure mode. Using gels to balance the white balance. How to properly use the non-TTL flash modes. Models will be available to photograph on the second day. Try some different lighting set ups. Experiment and have fun.

Day Two - Sunday 11 July 2010

·      Front and Rear camera sync mode photography

·      How to drag the shutter

·      Creating Flash Dominate, Balanced Flash and Ambient or Fill Flash exposures

o   One flash + Ambient - Portrait lighting

o   Two flash – Portrait lighting

o   Three flash – Portrait lighting

o   Four flash – Portrait lighting

o   Photographing couples and small groups of people

                       

You will learn:

  • Multiple flash set up and usage
  • Creative lighting set up

  • Fully charged battery for your camera
  • Extra "AA" batteries for flash
