- Curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
- A Nikon DSLR camera body
- At least one lens
- A fully charged battery
- Compact Flash (CF) cards
- Laptop computer with power supply
- Capture NX 2 (trial version is fine)
- Photomatix Pro 3.2 software
- Tripod
